Payment Policy

Available payment options

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible serviceable PIN codes. Online payments are processed through Cashfree’s hosted secure checkout, where available options such as UPI, cards, net banking or other methods are displayed.

The integration is tested in Cashfree sandbox mode before live payments are enabled. Availability of a payment method may depend on the delivery location, order value, payment provider and risk checks.

Prices and charges

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The product price, quantity total and any applicable shipping, COD or payment-related charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed before a COD order is dispatched.

Promotional prices and offers may change without prior notice, but an already accepted order will be processed at its confirmed price unless an obvious pricing error occurred.

Payment confirmation

An online order is confirmed only after Cashfree reports a successful payment and the website displays an order acknowledgement. A COD order is confirmed after the order form is accepted and may be subject to phone verification.

Please do not refresh, close the page or repeat payment while a transaction is processing.

Failed, pending or duplicate payments

If money is debited but no order confirmation is received, contact support with the customer name, mobile number, amount, date and transaction reference. Do not share card numbers, PINs, passwords or OTPs.

Failed or reversed payments are generally returned automatically by the bank or payment provider. Any approved duplicate-payment refund will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Payment security

Online payment details are handled by the payment facility shown at secure checkout. Bodhi Herbals and Hishopie Naturals do not ask customers to share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or account passwords by phone, message or email.
