Shipping Policy
How Bodhi Tribal Wild Oil orders are processed, dispatched and delivered across India.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
COD orders may be confirmed by phone before dispatch. Please provide a complete address, active 10-digit mobile number and correct PIN code.
Delivery area and timeline
We ship across India through available courier partners. Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier service and local conditions.
Remote locations, weather, public holidays, strikes or other events outside our control may cause delays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping charges and tracking
Any applicable shipping or COD charge will be shown during online checkout or confirmed with a COD order before dispatch.
When tracking information is available, it may be shared by SMS, phone, email or the courier partner. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Address issues and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Contact us quickly if an address correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone, repeated refusal or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply. Prepaid shipping charges already incurred may not be refundable.
