Eligible issues

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged in transit, leaking, defective, incorrect, missing an item or materially different from the product ordered.

Keep the outer packaging, invoice and product until the review is complete. Clear photos and an unedited opening video may be requested to verify the issue.

Items that cannot be returned

• Opened, used, partially consumed or tampered products.
• Products returned without original packaging, label or invoice.
• Change-of-mind, fragrance preference or results that vary between individuals.
• Damage caused after delivery by improper storage, handling or use.
• Requests made more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery, unless required by applicable law.

Review and resolution

After we review and approve the request, we may offer a replacement, missing-item shipment or refund, depending on the issue and stock availability. Do not send any product back without return instructions from our support team.

Where a pickup is unavailable, we may ask you to ship the approved return to the address provided by support. Eligible return shipping costs for a verified damaged or wrong product will be handled or reimbursed by us.

Refund timeline

Approved prepaid refunds are initiated to the original payment method. For COD orders, approved refunds may be sent to a verified bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.

We normally initiate an approved refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit it.

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch. If we cancel an accepted prepaid order, the amount received will be refunded to the original payment method.
